Full payment is required at the time of purchase and orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Preparation, processing, and delivery of artwork may take up to six weeks. The gallery will notify you when the work is ready for shipment or pickup. Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing. Once the artwork has been released to the shipping carrier, Bushwick Gallery and the artist are not responsible for damage, loss, or delay. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
