1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1 Exhibition Title & Dates: The Artist agrees to exhibit their collection under Bushwick Gallery at the Hamptons Fine Art Fair, which takes place from July 10 to July 13, 2025.

1.2 Scope of Exhibition: The Gallery shall provide the Artist with the following:

• Designation as a featured artist representing Bushwick Gallery at the fair.
• Exhibition space of 4 feet x 10 feet.
• The ability to replace sold items within 30 minutes to ensure continuous exhibition.
• Daily rotation of displayed pieces, ensuring fresh artwork is presented each day.

2. FINANCIAL TERMS

2.1 Exhibition Fee: The Artist agrees to pay the Gallery a total fee of $1.00 USD, which shall be non-refundable and payable via a payment link provided by the Gallery.

2.2 Commission Structure: The Gallery shall retain 40% of all sales proceeds from artworks sold during the exhibition. The Artist shall be responsible for handling all taxes related to their sales.

2.3 No Guarantee of Sales: The Gallery does not guarantee any sales or specific exposure results from participation in the Hamptons Fine Art Fair.

3. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERY

3.1 Artwork Submission: Number and specific pieces are to be discussed at a later date.

3.2 Delivery Deadline: The Artist must deliver all artwork to the Gallery no later than June 27, 2025. This date is subject to change based on the schedule of the Hamptons Fine Art Fair. The Gallery shall inform the Artist of any changes as soon as they are confirmed.

3.3 Rotation of Artwork: The Artist agrees to allow the Gallery to rotate displayed artworks daily, and to replace sold pieces within 30 minutes to ensure continuous exhibition.

4. MARKETING & PROMOTION

4.1 Headshot & Bio Submission: The Artist must provide an updated headshot and biography or confirm approval of the current materials via email by May 1, 2025.

4.2 Gallery Promotion: The Gallery shall include the Artist in marketing materials related to the Hamptons Fine Art Fair, but promotional placement is not guaranteed.

5. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

5.1 Insurance: The Gallery shall provide insurance coverage for all consigned artworks against loss, damage, or theft while in its possession and during the exhibition at the Hamptons Fine Art Fair.

5.2 Handling & Security: The Gallery shall ensure professional handling of the artwork, but shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during the exhibition at the Hamptons Fine Art Fair.

6. RULES & REGULATIONS

6.1 Fair Guidelines: The Artist agrees to comply with all Hamptons Fine Art Fair regulations as communicated by the Gallery.

7. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

7.1 Termination by Artist: The Artist may cancel this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. However, any payments made shall be non-refundable.

7.2 Termination by Gallery: The Gallery may cancel this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice if unforeseen circumstances prevent participation in the Hamptons Fine Art Fair. In such cases, the Gallery shall refund any payments made by the Artist.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
