Exhibition Participation Details
Individual Exhibition Space
- Fee: $395 (non-refundable)
- Space Dimensions: 3.5 feet wide by 7 feet high
Included in the Exhibition Package:
- Featured promotion of your artwork on Bushwick Gallery’s website and social media.
- Invitations distributed to collectors, art enthusiasts, and industry professionals.
- Professional installation of your artwork by our experienced team.
- Event photography capturing key moments for promotional use.
Sales & Commission Structure
- Artists will receive 80% of sale proceeds, with Bushwick Gallery retaining 20% to cover exhibition expenses and promotional efforts.
- This commission applies to all sales made during the exhibition and for 30 days post-exhibition to account for gallery-driven sales.
- Any sales beyond this period will be commission-free unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Important Deadlines & Logistics
- Agreement & Payment Deadline: February 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST
- Artist Profile Submission: After payment, please complete your artist profile:
- Artwork Drop-Off: Must be delivered to Bushwick Gallery by Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
- Artwork Pick-Up: Unsold artwork must be retrieved promptly after the exhibition’s conclusion on February 21, 2025.

Agreement Terms & Conditions
A. Promotion & Publicity
- Participating artists will be referred to as “Featured Artists” at Bushwick Gallery.
- Artists must provide a professional headshot and biography for promotional use.
- Artists consent to being photographed or filmed during the event for marketing purposes.
B. Exhibition Logistics
- The number of pieces displayed depends on available space and artwork dimensions.
- The gallery will feature selected works on its website and across various art platforms.
- Targeted outreach will include collectors, consultants, corporations, and media representatives.
- Artists are responsible for all shipping, framing, and customs costs.
- Managed by professional art handlers to ensure optimal display.
C. Sales & Payment Terms
- Artists provide a price list, but the gallery reserves the right to set final sale prices to align with market value.
- Artists will receive their 80% share within six (6) weeks after the artwork is sold and delivered to the buyer.
D. Additional Terms
- Artists may exhibit elsewhere but cannot sell or showcase the same works elsewhere during the exhibition period.
- The artist guarantees the originality of their work. Bushwick Gallery is not liable beyond standard insurance coverage.
- The gallery reserves the right to reschedule in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather).
